dc.description	The first part analyzes three arres of logistics actvity and production logistics processes. The second part of the work briefly describes the company, analyzes the external and internal enviroment of company, performs empirical research. The third part provides suggestions for improving company‘s processes. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – The aim of the (professional BA thesis) – after analyzing the theoretical aspects of production logisticsprocesses and conducting empirical research to present suggestions for the improvement of the company‘s UAB“Duguva“ production proceses Objectives of the (professional BA thesis): find out the main problems of the company and sugesst solutions for them. dc.description.abstract	Pirmoje dalyje analizuojamos trys logistinės veiklos sritys ir gamybos logistikos procesai. Antroje darbo dalyje trumpai aprašoma įmonė, išanalizuojama išorinė bei vidinė įmonės aplinka, atliekamas empirinis tyrimas. Terčioje darbo dalyje teikiami pasiūlymai įmonės procesų gerinimui. Darbo problema – gamybos proceso problemos UAB „Duguva“. Darbo tikslas - išanalizavus gamybos logistikos procesų teorinius aspektus ir atlikus empirinį tyrimą pateikti siūlymus įmonės UAB „Duguva“ gamybos procesų tobulinimą. Darbo metodai - informacijos paieška internete ir spausdintoje literatūroje, apklausa.	en_US
