| dc.description | The theoretical part of the final work presents of logistics of various authors, the organization of the transport process, logistics services and their quality and the concept of business management systems and its application in the transport organization. The analytical part of the work provides an questionnaire. The design part of the work provides directions for improving the organisation of transport services. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – Would the introduction “TrackApp” information management system improve the quality of transportation services in UAB “Transtira transport” and avoid the long communication process? | dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje baigiamojo darbo dalyje pristatotoma įvairių autorių logistikos samprata, transportavimo proceso organizavimas, logistikos teikiamos paslaugos ir organizavimo galimybės bei verslo valdymo sistemų samprata ir jos taikymas transporto organizavime. Analitininėje darbo dalyje pateikiama įmonės veiklos analizė, atliktas pusiau strukturizuotas interviu bei anketinės apklausos tyrimas, pateikti rezultatai. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiamos transportavimo organizavimo tobulinimo kryptys. Darbo problema. Ar informacinės valdymo sistemos „TrackApp“ įdiegimas pagerintų transportavimo organizavimą UAB „Transtira transport“ įmonėje ir padėtų išvengti ilgo komunikacinio proceso? Darbo tikslas.
