| dc.description | The theoretical part discussed the theoretical aspects of the field of transport, examined the types of logistics and its activities, transportation processes and requirements for freight transportation. Also analyze the transportation process in a forwarding company and then present the methods, take advantage of larger research to manage management efficiency. The analytical part presents the activities of UAB “Hegelmann transporte”, the process of ordering transportation services by road, analyzes the results obtained through interviews, presents problematic situations and their solutions based on LEAN methods. At the end of the work, economic calculations for the acquisition of tools and the conclusions of the final work are presented. The problem of this work is related to transportation, where losses are incurred due to damage, cargo delays and quantity discrepancies. Selected working methods - analysis of selected logistics companie, analysis of theoretical literature, analysis of order management processes of the analyzed company, interviews with company employees, analysis of the answers received from the analysis of interviews, draft decision-making method. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje dalyje buvo aptariama transporto sritis teoriniu aspektu, nagrinėjama logistika ir jos veiklos rūšys, transportavimo procesai bei krovinių pervežimui keliami reikalavimai. Taip pat išanalizuotas transportavimo procesas ekspedicinėje įmonėje, o pabaigoje pateikti metodai, leidžiantys pasiekti didesnį nagrinėjamų procesų valdymo efektyvumą. Analitinėje dalyje pateikta įmonės UAB ,,Hegelmann transporte” veikla, joje esantis pervežimo paslaugų kelių transportu užsakymo valdymo procesas, nagrinėjami interviu būdu gauti rezultatai, pateiktos probleminės situacijos bei jų sprendimo pasiūlymai, remiantis LEAN metodais. Darbo pabaigoje pateikti ekonominiai skaičiavimai priemonėms įsigyti bei baigiamojo darbo išvados. Darbo problema yra susijusi su transportavimu, kai yra patiriami nuostoliai dėl žalų, krovinių vėlavimų, kiekio neatitikimų bei dokumentų generavimo. Pasirinkti darbo metodai- pasirinktos logistikos įmonės analizė, teorinės litertūros analizė, analizuojamos įmonės užsakymų valdymo procesų analizė, interviu su įmonės darbuotojais, gautų atsakymų iš interviu analizė, siūlomo problemų sprendimo būdo projektas. | en_US |
