| dc.description | The final work consists of three chapter. The first chapter discusses theoretical aspects of logistics, cargo transportation and warehousing. The second chapter describes general information of the company, its activities, warehouse management system, warehousing activities. The third chapter provides recommendations for the improvement of warehouse processes. The main problem of the professional BA thesis – delays in the flow of goods in the warehouse in loading cargos to the trucks. The aim of the professional BA thesis – optimization of goods flow in the warehouse issuance processes of UAB Greitema. Objectives of the professional BA thesis: UAB Greitema warehouse activities. | dc.description.abstract | Baigiamojo darbo struktūra. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys. Pirmoje dalyje aptariamos logistikos, transportavimo bei sandėliavimo sampratos teoriniu aspektu. Antroje dalyje aptariama bendroji informacija apie įmonę, jos istorija, vykdoma veikla, naudojama verslo valdymo sistema, sandėliavimo veikla. Trečioje – pateikiamos išvados ir rekomendacijos sandėliavimo veiklai gerinti. Darbo problema: prekių srautų vėlavimas sandėlyje krovinių išdavime.
