Abstract
Teorinėje darbo dalyje aptariami sandėlio valdymo procesai bei įmonės vidinės teritorijos
valdymo technologijos ir visas procesas. Analitinėje dalyje kalbama apie įmonė jos stiprybes ir
silpnybes, bus analizuojamas logistinis procesas įmonėje. Praktinėje dalyje aprašomas pastebėtos
problemos sprendimo būdas, teikiami pasiūlymai tai problemai išspręsti, bei pasiūlymai
lengvinantys ir gerinantys darbo kokybę. Darbo problema – transporto priemonių iškrovimo ir pakrovimo vėlavimas.
Darbo tikslas – išnagrinėti verslo valdymą teoriniu aspektu ir atlikus empirinį tyrimą,
pateikti siūlymus AB „Volfas Engelman“ sistemos tobulinimui.
Pasirinkti darbo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, stebimasis tyrimas, siūlomi
problemai tinkantys sprendimai.
Description
The theoretical part of the work discusses the warehouse management
processes and the company's internal territory management technologies and the whole process. The
analytical part talks about the company's strengths and weaknesses, will analyze the logistics
process in the company. The practical part describes the way to solve the observed problem, offers
suggestions to solve this problem, and suggestions to facilitate and improve the quality of work. The main problem – delays in loading and unloading vehicles.
The aim – to examine business management from the theoretical point of view and after
conducting empirical research, to submit proposals for the improvement of AB „Volfas Engelman“
system
Methods of work – analysis of scientific literature, observation research, proposed
solutions to the problem.
