| dc.description | The theoretical part discusses the areas of logistics activities, logistics processes and supply of raw materials. The following describes the company's raw material supply process features, the company performed an external and internal environment analysis, and the search problems of logistics and raw materials supply through semi-structured interviews. The third part presents the solutions to the problem and concludes the work with conclusions. The main problem of the (professional BA thesis) – supply of raw materials to production workshops with wooden pallets which increase the risk of wood chips entering the product. The aim of the (professional BA thesis) - after analyzing the theoretical aspects of the improvement of the technological process of raw material supply and conducting an empirical research, to submit proposals for the improvement of the technological process of raw material supply of UAB “Mondelez Lietuva Production” and to find solutions on how to replace wooden pallets. | dc.description.abstract | Teorinėje dalyje aptariamos logistinės veiklos sritys, logistiniai procesai bei žaliavų tiekimas. Toliau aprašomi įmonės žaliavų tiekimo procesų ypatumai, atliekama įmonės išorinės bei vidinės aplinkos analizė, bei ieškoma problemų susijusių su logistika bei žaliavų tiekimu naudojantis pusiau struktūrizuotu interviu. Trečiojoje dalyje pateikiami problemos sprendimo būdai ir darbas pabaigiamas išvadomis. Darbo problema - žaliavų tiekimas gamybos cechams mediniais padėklais kurie padidina riziką medienos atplaišoms patekti į produktą. Darbo tikslas - išanalizavus žaliavų tiekimo technologinio proceso tobulinimo teorinius aspektus ir atlikus empirinį tyrimą, pateikti siūlymus UAB „ Mondelez Lietuva Production“ žaliavų tiekimo technologinio proceso tobulinimui ir rasti sprendimus kaip pakeisti medinius padėklus. Darbo metodai - mokslinės literatūros analizė, įmonės duomenų analizė, pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu, problemos identifikavimas ir sprendimo būdai. | en_US |
