dc.description	The theoretical part of the work is devoted to the analysis of cargo transportation and the organization of the transportation process. Also, the importance of information technology and their application in the process of transporting companies. In the analytical part, the organization of transportation and the process of their execution are analyzed based on the monitoring method. The project part presents comparisons of transport planning and control systems, the possibility of introducing one system, the search for the necessary resources and risk assessment. he main problem: Performing transport planning manually, which leads to inevitable human error, leads to financial losses for the company. The aim: To analyze the possibilities of Transportation Process Organization at Kauno Grūdai AB. Objectives: Organization of the transportation process at Kauno Grūdai AB. Methods: Analysis of scientific literature, observation method, quantitative research - questionnaire survey, qualitative research - interview.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje darbo dalyje analizuojamas krovinių transportavimas bei transportavimo proceso organizavimas. Taip pat informacinių technologijų reikšmė bei jų taikymas įmonių transportavimo procese. Analitinėje dalyje analizuojamas įmonės transportavimo organizavimo ir vykdymo procesas remiantis stebėjimo metodu. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiama transporto planavimo ir kontrolės sistemų palyginimai, vienos sistemos diegimo galimybė, išsiaiškinant reikalingus išteklius, bei rizikos įvertinimą. Darbo problema: Transporto planavimo darymas rankiniu būdu, ko pasekoje yra neišvengiamos žmogiškojo faktoriaus klaidos, dėl to įmonė patiria finansinius nuostolius. Darbo tikslas: Išanalizuoti transportavimo proceso organizavimo gerinimo galimybes AB „Kauno Grūdai“. Darbo metodai: Mokslinės literatūros analizė, stebėjimo metodas, kiekybinis tyrimas - anketinė apklausa, kokybinis tyrimas – interviu.	en_US
