dc.description	The first part of the final work examines the development of cargo transportation activity in a theoretical aspect: the concept of logistics, cargo features, the performance of cargo transportation activities, deals with forwarding companies and business development methods. In the second part of the work, according by the interview with company‘s director, the analysis of internal and external factors of UAB “Treka“ is performed and the possibilities of activity development into the European Union market are discussed, applying PEST and SWOT analyzes.In the project part, the advantages and disadvantages of the new transportation direction are evaluated, recommendations are provided, and the necessary cost calculations are performed. The main problem: In order to remain a competitive company at increasing market UAB “Treka“ has to look for expansion possibilities. The aim of the (professional BA thesis): To offer to expand the cargo transportation activities in the analyzed market after analyzing the theoretical aspects of the development and evaluating the possibilities of market. Methods of the (professional BA thesis): Scientific literature, statistical data, interview, SWOT and PEST analysis.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo pirmoje dalyje nagrinėjama krovinių pervežimo veiklos plėtra teoriniu aspektu: aptariama logistikos samprata, krovinių ypatybės, krovinių pervežimo veiklos vykdymas, nagrinėjamas ekspedijavimas ir įmonių plėtros būdai. Antroje darbo dalyje atsižvelgiant į interviu, kuris buvo atliktas su įmonės vadovu, atliekama vidinių ir išorinių UAB „Treka“ veiksnių analizė bei aptariamos veiklos plėtros galimybės į Europos Sąjungos rinką, pritaikius PEST ir SSGG analizes. Projektinėje dalyje įvertinami naujos pervežimo krypties privalumai bei trūkumai, teikiamos rekomendacijos, atliekami reikalingų kaštų skaičiavimai. Darbo problema: UAB „Treka“ norėdama išlaikyti savo konkurencingumą tobulėjančioje rinkoje privalo atrasti naujas plėtros galimybes. Darbo tikslas: Aptarus teorinius įmonės krovinių pervežimo veiklos plėtros aspektus ir įvertinus aktualios rinkos galimybes, pasiūlyti krovinių pervežimo veiklą praplėsti išanalizuotoje rinkoje. Darbo metodai: Mokslinės literatūros ir statistinių duomenų analizės, interviu, PEST ir SSGG analizės.	en_US
