dc.description	The theoretical part of professional BA thesis presents origin of logistiss and transportation, and it‘s meaning in countrie‘s economy. Analytical part contains research about companies „Gama“ transportation processes and it‘s main problems. In the practical part there is introdution of the results of the research and offered solutions for the detected problems. The main problem of the professional BA thesis – Dissatisfied client number growth due to reduced quality of transportation processes in UAB „Gama“. The aim of the professional BA thesis – Analyse the transportation process of „Gama“ and offer solutions for improving it. Methods of the professional BA thesis – There were made PEST and SWOT analysis, also companie‘s clients were interviewed using SERVQUAL method. Information was taken from internet databases and books.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje profesinio bakalauro baigiamojo darbo dalyje aprašoma logistikos ir transporto terminų istorija, transportavimo svarba šalies ekonomikai, verslo valdymo, transporto priemonių sekimo sistemų nauda. Analitinėje dalyje analizuojama įmonė „Gama“, randamos įmonės krovinių pervežimo kokybės spragos. Projektinėje darbo dalyje siūlomi sprendimai, galintys padėti išspręsti nustatytas problemas. Pabaigoje pateikiamos darbo išvados. Darbo problema: Nepatenkintų klientų skaičiaus augimas UAB „Gama“ dėl suprastėjusios krovinių gabenimo kokybės. Darbo tikslas: Išanalizuoti UAB „Gama“ su krovinių gabenimu susijusią veiklą ir pasiūlyti variantus kaip ją patobulinti. Darbo metodai: Atliktos SSGG ir PEST analizės, naudojant SERVQUAL metodą apklausta dalis įmonės klientų, ieškota informacijos duomenų bazėse ir knygose.	en_US
