dc.description	The paper presents a survey of geodesic measurements in a revised network of neighborhoods. This network is compared with the network of pre-formed and quarterly networks registered with the State Forest Cadastre. The coordinates of the coordinates of the points of intersection of the georeferenced objects and the quarters of the lines are determined and the distances between them are determined. In the course of the study, the discrepancy between the coordinates X and Y and the distance between the measured and formed points was determined. Keywords: network of forest districts, georeference ground, accuracy of geodetic measurements. The relevance of the topic under analysis is highlighted by the fact that the topic has not been studied much, many scientific articles or research has not been written, and one of the priority areas of the Ministry of Environment of the Republic of Lithuania is the refinement of the geo-referential ground of state forests. The State Forest Service is directly responsible for the implementation of this project on a national scale. The object of the final thesis is the State Forests of the State Enterprise Ukmergė District Forest Enterprise. The aim of the final thesis is to study the accuracy of geodesic measurements of the state forest quaternary network and georeferenced forests. Tasks of the final thesis: 1. To substantiate the relevance of the topic and to summarize scientific literature, legal documents on the topic. 2. To analyze and summarize the precision requirements for measurements of the quarterly network geodetic measurements and georeferenced forest bases. 3. Determine the coordinates of the intersection points of the quarterly geodetic measurements of the network and the georeferenced forests. 4. To perform geodetic measurements of the quarterly network and georeferenced forest measurements on the accuracy of the measurements. 5. To evaluate the economic return on investment of the quarterly network geodetic measurements and georeferenced forests.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamajame darbe atliktas tyrimas VĮ Valstybinės miškų urėdijos Ukmergės padalinio kvartalinių tinklo geodezinių matavimų ir georeferencinio pagrindo sudarymo aspektais. Pateikti teoriniai pagrindai bei įžvalgos įvairiuose leidiniuose ir konferencijose. Pateikiamas atliktas tyrimas apie geodeziniais matavimais patikslintą kvartalų tinklą. Šis tinklas lyginamas su preliminariai suformuotu ir Valstybiniame miškų kadastre įregistruotu kvartalų tinklu. Nustatomi georeferencinio pagrindo objektų ir kvartalinių linijų susikirtimo taškų koordinačių skirtumai bei atstumai tarp jų. Tyrimo metu nustatytas vidutinis koordinačių X ašyje neatitikimas – 2,64 m, o Y ašyje – 2,78 m ir atstumų skirtumas tarp matuojamų ir suformuotų taškų – 4,31 m. Vertinant kvartalinių tinklo geodezinių matavimų ir georeferencinio miškų pagrindo ekonominį investicijų atsiperkamumą, nustatyta, kad verslo projektas yra įgyvendinamas, investicijos atsipirktų per 3,6 metus atliekant 2 užsakymus per metus. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro: lentelių ir paveikslų sąrašas, santrauka lietuvių ir anglų kalbomis, įvadas, sąvokos, objekto tyrimo metodika, mokslinės ir profesinės literatūros apžvalga, projektinė dalis bei ekonominė dalis. Darbą apibendrina 5 išvados, darbe naudota 31 informacinis šaltinis.	en_US
