Abstract
Įmonės sėkmė, efektyvumas ir vertė priklauso nuo
darbuotojų, kadangi jie yra įmonės varomoji grandis. Tačiau organizacijų vadovai vis dažniau
susiduria su darbuotojų motyvacijos trūkumu ir didėjančia darbuotojų kaita. Šiuos rezultatus lemia
neefektyvi motyvavimo sistema bei pasenusios motyvavimo priemonės.
Description
The success, efficiency, and value of a company depend on
the employees because they are the driving force of the company. However, CEOs of organisations
increasingly face the lack of employees’ motivation and increasing employees’ turnover. These
results are determined by the ineffective motivation system and outdated motivational tools.
