Abstract
Nuolat tobulėjančioje konkurencingoje visuomenėje
vienu pagrindinių veiksnių, lemiančių pelningą įmonės veiklą yra įmonės įvaizdis. Teisingai
pasirinktas, strategiškai pritaikytas, o reikalui esant patobulintas įmonės įvaizdis yra viena
svarbiausių priežasčių pritraukiančių klientų gausumą, garantuojančių finansinę įmonės sėkmę. Mano
apsisprendimą rašyti apie UAB „Soleka“ įvaizdžio tobulinimo kryptis paskatino šioje įmonėje atlikta
praktika ir jos metu gauti įmonės administravimo įgūdžiai.
Description
In a constantly evolving competitive society, one of the main
factors determining a company's profitable operations is the company's image. Properly chosen,
strategically adapted and, if necessary, improved image of the company is one of the most important
reasons for attracting a large number of customers, guaranteeing the financial success of the company.
My decision to write about the directions of improving the image of UAB Soleka was motivated by
the practice performed in this company and the company administration skills acquired during it.
