dc.description	Due to the constant influence of external reasons on personal data protection and personal privacy there is a need to improve regulation and ensuring of the right to personal data protection as people pay more and more attention to this right and this topic becomes more and more relevant. There are cases when personal data are disposed by other entities as well, therefore, the important aspect is that the disposal of personal data can happen with a person’s knowledge or even without it. For these reasons, people are paying more and more attention to this right and this topic is becoming more and more relevant.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Dėl nuolatinių asmens duomenų apsaugos ir asmens privatumo pažeidimų, atsirado būtinybė tobulinti teisės į asmens duomenų apsaugą reglamentavimą bei užtikrinimą. Pasitaiko atvejų, kai asmeniniais duomenimis disponuoja ir kiti subjektai, todėl svarbus aspektas yra tai, kad disponavimas asmeniniais duomenimis gali būti vykdomas apie tai asmeniui žinant, tačiau gali vykti ir asmeniui apie tai net nenutuokiant. Dėl šių priežasčių, žmonės šiai teisei skiria vis didesnį dėmesį ir ši tema tampa, vis aktualesnė.	en_US
