dc.description	The object of automation chosen in this bachelor thesis is a drilling machine, which is designed and manufactured for drilling one specific part. The project drilling machine was commissioned by the technical department of „Šilutės baldai“, as the existing wood working lines had to be renewed, and the old machines had to be freed up so that they could perform the production process of parts involving fewer steps. The object of the paper – wood drilling machine. The purpose of the paper – to automate wood drilling machine according to the instructions of the technical task. The tasks of the paper: 1. Analyze the wood drilling process. 2. Identify the required control and adjustment points. 3. Design automation and electrical connection schemes. 4. Select the required automation components. 5. Create a drilling machine control program. 6. To perform the analysis of the economic indicators of the object. 7. Review human safety requirements when operating an automated object and common requirements based on eletrical safety and precautions. The results of the paper. During the work on this project, all the tasks were completed, the necessary automation components were selected, the connection diagrams of the automation devices were designed, a preliminary algorithm was written, and the machine control program was written based on the algorithm. The economic part of the project has been completed, as well as payback period during which the machine will pay off has been calculated. The volume of the paper. The paper includes 69 pages, 29 tables, 96 illustrations, 13 literature sources and 3 appendixes.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Šiame baigiamajame darbe pasirinktas automatizavimo objektas yra gręžimo staklės, kurios suprojektuotos ir pagamintos vienai detalei gręžti. Šių staklių projektą buvo paskirta įgivendinti „Šilutės baldų“ technikos skyriui, kadangi reikėjo atnaujinti esamas linijas, bei atlaisvinti senasias stakles, kad šios galėtų atlikti mažiau žingsnių apimančių detalių gaminimo procesą. Darbo objektas – medienos gręžimo staklės. Darbo tikslas – remiantis techninės užduoties nurodymais – automatizuoti medžio gręžimo stakles. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išanalizuoti medžio gręžimo procesą. 2. Nustatyti reikiamus valdymo ir reguliavimo taškus. 3. Suprojektuoti automatizavimo ir elektros įtaisų sujungimo schemas. 4. Parinkti reikiamus automatizavimo komponentus. 5. Sukurti staklių valdymo programą. 6. Atlikti objekto ekonominių rodiklių analizę. 7. Apžvelgti žmogaus saugos reikalavimus eksploatuojant automatizuojamą objektą. Darbo rezultatai. Dirbant prie šio projekto buvo įvykdyti visi darbo uždaviniai, parinkti reikiami automatizavimo komponentai, suprojektuotos automatizavimo įtaisų prijungimų schemos, parašytas preleminarus algoritmas, bei remiantis algoritmu parašyta staklių valdymo programa. Atlikta projekto eknominė dalis, buvo apskaičiuotas atsipirkimo laikotarpis, per kurį staklės atsipirks. Darbo apimtis. Darbą sudaro 69 puslapiai, 29 lentelės, 96 paveikslai, 13 literatūros šaltinių ir 3 priedai.	en_US
