| dc.description | Successful training and socialization of a new employee in the company benefits not only the organization but also the employee, as the methods chosen by the company not only help the new employee to integrate more effectively into the organization and work environment, but also increase employee competence and skills, ensures development and provides a career perspective. This work discusses the need and opportunities for improvement of these processes. The need to improve the processes studied in this work is analyzed from the perspective of a new employee. The paper presents and analyzes the attitude of new employees to the training and socialization processes in the research company and the evaluation of the processes. Employee satisfaction, training process and socialization in the first months of a new job are also revealed. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Sėkmingai vykdomas naujo darbuoto mokymas ir socializacija įmonėje atneša naudą ne tik organizacijai, bet ir pačiam darbuotojui, kadangi įmonės pasirinkti metodai ne tik padeda naujam darbuotojui efektyviau įsilieti į organizacijos veiklą bei darbo aplinką, bet ir augina darbuotojo kompetenciją bei įgūdžius, lemia geresnius darbo rezultatus, užtikrina tobulėjimą bei suteikia karjeros perspektyvą. Šiame darbe yra aptariamos šių procesų tobulinimo poreikis ir galimybės. Šiame darbe tiriamų procesų tobulinimo poreikis yra analizuojamas iš naujo darbuotojo perspektyvos. Darbe pateikiamas bei analizuojamas naujų darbuotojų požiūris į mokymo ir socializacijos procesus tiriamoje įmonėje bei procesų vertinimas. Taip pat atskleidžiamas darbuotojų pasitenkinimas darbu, mokymų procesu bei socializacija pirmaisiais mėnesiais naujoje darbo vietoje. | en_US |
