dc.description	Description of the work - This final thesis reveals the development of the technology of manufacturing wardrobe. The focus was on product's manufacturing cost of less than € 8. The aim was to make the furniture available to the widest possible range of buyers when its price in the store does not exceed € 14. The information about the product's materials, construction, fittings, technological process flow and machinery equipment has been provided. Material and energy consumption calculations, economic indicators and occupational safety requirements have been presented. The main problem - In order to achieve the goal, mandatory mechanical tests must be maintained when particle board of minimum thickness and density, simple construction, cheap fittings are selected. The aim - To calculate the technological process, its constructional, research and economic part using the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during the studies. To select necessary machinery equipment, self-assess their loads and design production premises. Methods of work - Literature analysis and the application of practical knowledge. The structure - In the final thesis the costs of materials, the duration time of operations was calculated, technological process schemes were made. Based on the calculations, the premises were designed and the machinery equipment was selected. The economic part calculated the prime-cost of the product. Mechanical tests were performed in the research part. The drawings of the waredrobe have been presented in the grafic part. The results - The product cost of € 6,85 was successfully achieved. Mandatory mechanical tests have been passed for this product category while using low-cost materials, fittings and simple construction. The product was acknowledged to be technologically convenient not only to AB Freda, but also for other IKEA manufacturers in this category.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo apibūdinimas - Šiame baigiamajame darbe parengta spintelės gamybos technologija. Buvo orientuotasi į mažesnę nei 8 € gaminio savikainą, su tikslu, kad baldas būtų įperkamas kuo didesniam spektrui pirkėjų, kai parduotuvėje jo kaina neviršija 14 €. Darbe pateikta visa informacija apie gaminio medžiagas, konstrukciją, furnitūrą, technloginius srautus ir įrengimus. Pateikti medžiagų ir energijos sąnaudų skaičiavimai, ekonominiai rodikliai bei darbo saugos reikalavimai. Problema - Tikslui pasiekti turi būti išlaikyti privalomi mechaniniai testai, kai yra parinkta minimalaus storio bei tankio MDP, nesudėtinga konstrukcija, pigi furnitūra. Darbo tikslas - Panaudojant studijų metu įgytas teorines bei praktines žinias, apskaičiuoti gaminio technologinį procesą, konstrukcinę, tiriamąją ir ekonominę dalį. Suprojektuoti gamybines patalpas, parinkti reikiamus įrengimus bei įsivertinti jų apkrovimus. Darbo metodai - Literatūros analizė bei praktinių žinių panaudojimas. Darbo struktūra - Baigiamajame darbe apskaičiuojamos medžiagų sąnaudos, operacijų trukmės, sudaromos technologinės procesų schemos. Atsižvelgiant į skaičiavimus, suprojektuojamos patalpos, parenkami įrengimai. Ekonominėje dalyje apskaičiuojama gaminio savikaina. Tiriamojoje dalyje atliekami mehaniniai testai. Grafinėje dalyje pateikiami spintelės brėžiniai. Darbo rezultatai – Pavyko pasiekti 6,85 € gaminio savikainą. Naudojant pigias medžiagas, furnitūrą ir paprastą konstrukciją buvo išlaikyti privalomi mechaniniai testai šiai gaminio kategorijai. Gaminys yra technologiškai patogus ne tik AB “Freda”, bet ir kitiems šios kategorijos IKEA gamintojams.	en_US
