dc.description Introduction: Nowadays when people physical activity decreases, doctors may recommend mixed martial arts training for those who needs to increase their physical activity or those who are interested in it as a different, fun and unusual alternative form of exercising to a common types of exercises, which usually is getting bored of ( Thomas W. 2009). Because any physical activity effects our body in one or another way, my study would help to reveal how physical properties and posture are effected and how it changes while training mixed martial arts. The aim of the study: To reveal mixed martial arts effect on physical properties and posture for 14-17 years old kids. The tasks of the study: 1. To evaluate flexibility and dexterity before the study and after 2 months; 2. To evaluate posture before the study and after 2months; 3. To compare the gained results before the study and after 2months of mixed martial art training. Methods of the study: Data collecting method – testing. Subjects were tested two times before the start of the study. The better result was recorded. “Sit-reach” test was used to evaluate flexibility, dexterity was tested by 10x5m running and posture was tested by W.W.K Hoeger scale. Results: 1. At the beginning, results of the sit-reach flexibility test was 25.8 ± 1.8 cm. After two months of MMA training, the average score for the flexibility test was 27.3 ± 1.9cm. The results show that after 2 months of MMA training, the flexibility of all subjects improved. Flexibility average has improved by 1.5 ± 0.1 cm. 2. At the beginning, results of the 5x10m run-shooter test was 19.4s ± 1.9s. After two months of MMA training, the average results of the agility test was 19.5s ± 1s. The results show that after 2 months of MMA training, agility of the subjects decreased by 0.1 ± 0.3 s. 3. At the beginning, after assessing posture, using the W. K Hoeger scale, the overall ranking of posture was 47.5 ± 3.1 points. After two months of MMA training, the posture of the research subjects did not change, the average ranking of respondents remained the same - 47.5 ± 3.1 points. Conclusion: 1. The results of the study showed that the flexibility of all subjects improved. 2. The results of the study did not reveal a clear effect of the training on agility. The average agility of the subjects decreased, but some subjects improved their results. 3. The results of the study did not show any change in posture after two months of MMA training. en
