dc.description	The object of the final work – manufacturing technology of the cabinet ,,Ikona“. The product has simple construction and design. Dimensions of the cabinet are 1400 x 1050 x 350. It is made from AMDP 16mm and 18mm. For finishing the product white pigment is used. Work problem – Assembling furniture is a challenging task for many people. The assembly of this cabinet is very easy, cabinets main construction is assembled by fusing pins and locks ( KEY HOOL ). Thus assembled product does not require any other tools. Work goal – To design the cabinet, to use theoretical and practical knowledge acquired during studies to create tecnological manufacturing procceses of manufactured furniture. Work structure – The general part of the final work shall cover the characteristics of the enterprise, the purpose, object and tasks of the final work. The technological parts shall examine the product, its technical description, construction, materials, sheets, calculations. In the construction part the platform is designed to facilitate fast and high quality storage of the product parts on the ramp. In the study part a finishing adhesion study was carried out at the plant. The energy consumption was calculated in the energy part. The safety and fire requirements at work have been reviewed. A graphic part has been prepared, Work result – The construction of the cabinet is easily assembled and removabled, which allows the user to assemble the furniture by himself.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo objektas – spintelė „ Ikona“ gamybos technologija. Tai paprastos konstrukcijos bei dizaino gaminys. Spintelės matmenys 1400 x 1050 x 350. Gaminama iš AMDP 16mm ir 18mm. Gaminio apdailai naudojamas baltas pigmentas. Darbo problema – Baldų surinkimas yra nelengva užduotis daugeliui žmonių. Šios spintelės surinkimas yra labai lengvas, spintelės korpusas surenkamas įlydomų kaiščių bei spynos pagalba ( KEY HOLL ). Šitaip surenkamam gaminiui nereikia naudoti jokių įrankių. Darbo tikslas - Suprojektuoti spintelę, panaudoti studijų metu įgytas teorines bei praktines žinias sudarant technologinius gamybos procesus gaminamam baldui. Darbo struktūra – baigiamojo darbo bendrojoje dalyje aptariama įmonės charakteristika, baigiamojo darbo tikslas, objektas, uždaviniai. Technologinėje dalyje nagrinėjamas gaminys, jo techninis aprašymas, konstrukcija, medžiagos, vedami žiniaraščiai, atliekami skaičiavimai. Konstrukcinėje dalyje suprojektuota platformą palengvinanti greita bei kokybišką gaminio detalių sandėliavimą rampoje. Tiriamojoje dalyje atliktas apdailos adhezijos tyrimas įmonėje. Energetinėje dalyje, apskaičiuotos energijos sąnaudos. Apžvelgti darbo saugos bei priešgaisriniai reikalavimai. Parengta grafinė dalis. Darbo rezultatas – Spintelė yra lengvai surenkamos bei išrenkamos konstrukcijos, garantuojanti vartotojui galimybę baldą susirinkti pačiam.	en_US
