dc.description	In Lithaunia, drug policy goal is to ensure medication treatment quality, consumer safety, medication accesibillity to residents, rational usage of funds and to control expenditure. One of the way to achieve this goal is to add medication into compensation system, regulate conditions for compensating drugs and the ways to control medication cost. Adding generic drugs into compensating system allows patients to make higher medication accesibillity and the reduction of their cost. On the other hand, patients needs to choose: consume expensive brand drug or generic compensating drug. Goal of the research: – Reveal residents factors which self-determine of the change brand drug to generic drug. Tasks: 1. Reveal healthcare professionals, pharmacists and patients opinion about brand and generic drugs properties. 2. Highlight the ways of LRSAM to make better compensating drug accessibility. 3. Reveal important factors, which decive resident choise of changing brand drug to generic. The analysis of scientific literature was carried out, in questionnaire survey method were involved 120 different age Šiaulių city residents, who wanted to obtain compensated drugs. They visited Šiaulių city X community pharmacy and in the past they changed brand compensated drugs into compensating generic drugs. Investigated research residents were divded into two groups by age and by attitude about their health. Research results shows, that the reason of changing brand drug to generic drug is LRSAM execution measure, which is intended to ensure a compensated generic drug accessibility for patients. Also it showed that residents age has effect on their opinion about generic drugs. It was determined, that all the respondents are taking care of their health, so it means that the process in changing medication were involved high standarts, searching alternative in information sources, which determines the choise of generic drugs instead brand drug. It was mentioned by physicians and pharmacist opinions about generic drugs. More than half respondents accepts physicians arguments, that generic drugs has the same effect as brand drugs and we can try them to consume or to test it. Lower percentage of respondents about three fifths choose pharmacist opinion about lower generic cost, half of the respondents – widely known drug manufacture.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo įvadinėje dalyje pagrindžiamas baigiamojo darbo aktualumas, nurodomas tyrimo tikslas bei uždaviniai. Nurodomi tyrimo metodai, kuriais norima pasiekti tikslą. Teorinėje dalyje analizuojama mokslinė Lietuvos ir užsienio autorių mokslinė literatūra, susijusi su generiniais ir etiniais vaistais, nuomonė apie juos iš sveikatos priežiūros specialistų, vaistininkų ir pacientų. Taip pat, nagrinėjama, kokie veiksniai lemia apsisprendimą vartoti originalų ar generinį vaistą užsienio šalyse. Baigiamojo darbo empirinėje dalyje pateikiamas ir pagrindžiamas pasirinktos tyrimo metodologijos aprašymas, aprašoma tyrimo eiga, surinktų duomenų analizė bei pateikiami susisteminti gauti kiekybinio tyrimo duomenys (rezultatai). Baigiamojo darbo pabaigoje pateiktos išvados, kurios yra atsakymas į darbo pradžioje iškeltus uždavinius taip pat pateiktos praktinės rekomendacijos ir naudotos literatūros sąrašas Darbo apimtis 42 puslapių, pateikta 5 lentelių, 7 paveikslų, 3 priedų, panaudotos literatūros sąrašą sudaro 56 mokslinių publikacijų, tarp jų 44 publikacijos užsienio kalba.	en_US
