Darbe aptariami statinių teisės aktai reglamentuojantys kadastrinių matavimų veiklą Lietuvoje ir Anglijoje. Lietuvoje yra keturi pagrindiniai kadastrinius matavimus apimantys teisės aktai, kadangi Anglija yra nekadastrinė šalis ji neturi kadastro įstatymų. Anglijoje nėra nei vienos organizacijos atsakingos už kadastrą tik privalomoji žemės registravimo sistema. |
