dc.description	During bachelor thesis, a project was created in order to divide a land plot in Panevėžio district Municipality. A dept research is done about land plot reshaping and order of reorganization In the bachelor thesis, we are looking at the forming and reorganizing the land plot: resolutions, laws, scientific articles, internet and other sources Work topic is relevant, because all around the world from the very old days, the land plots are constantly sold, rented out or gifted. Therefore most of the landscape needs to be restructured and redesign to in order meet the requirements of a new owner. A redesign is done in order to sell the land quicker, build more houses, rent out certain parts of the land etc. The land plot is located in Panevėžio district Municipality, Miežiškių district, Karšinaukos village. This land plot underwent cadastral measurements, solutions project is drawn, and the total area of the land plot is determined 1, 0817 ha. Agriculture land utilities area 0.9356 ha (of which waterbody land plot 0.1456 ha, meadow - 0,9356). Work was completed using GeoMap software published in 2016. Cadastral measurements taken captured by the ZPDRIS software. A project was created in order to reformate and transform the land plot. The land plot was split into three parts. Project number 1 (area size 0, 7561 m2); project number 2 (area size 0,3000 m2) and project number 3 (area size 0,0251 m2). Presented in the form of a breakdown of the formation and transformation of the project.	en
dc.description.abstract	Baigiamojo darbo metu padarytas žemės sklypų padalijimo projektas Panevėžio rajono savivaldybėje. Išnagrinėta žemės sklypo formavimo ir pertvarkymo tvarka. Baigiamajame darbe apžvelgiame žemės sklypo formavimo ir pertvarkymo projekto teorija: nutarimai, įstatymai, moksliniai straipsniai, internetiniai ir kiti šaltiniai. Darbo tema aktuali, nes visame pasaulyje ir nuo senų laikų žemės sklypai yra nuolat parduodami, nuomojami, dovanojami tad yra dažnai tvarkomi pagal savininko pareikalavimus. Kiekvienas žemės sklypas yra pertvarkomas taip, kad būtų patogu parduoti, nuomoti ir kt. Žemės sklypas pateikiamas Panevėžio rajono savivaldybėje, Miežiškių seniūnijoje, Karšinaukos kaime esantis žemės sklypas, kuriam buvo padaryti kadastriniai matavimai, nubraižytas sprendinių brėžinys. Nustatytas bendras emės sklypo plotas – 1,0817 ha. Žemės ūkio naudmenų plotas – 0.9356 ha (iš jų pievos - 0,9356). Vandens telkinių plotas – 0.1456 ha. Darbai atlikti GeoMap 3D programa, kadastro duomenys padaryti ZPDRIS programa. Žemės sklypui buvo parengtas formavimo ir pertvarkymo padalijimo projektas. Padalijant į tris dalis sklypo plotai: proj. Nr. 1 (plotas 0,7561 m2); proj. Nr. 2 (plotas 0,3000 m2) ir proj. Nr. 3 (plotas 0,0251 m2). Pateikiama formavimo pertvarkymo padalijimo projekto sprendinių brėžinį.	en_US
