dc.description	A number of scientific works and research on teamwork were found in the analysis of Lithuanian and international scientific literature. However, no scientific work on the perceptions and organization of teamwork of radiology technologists has been found, although, as Johnson (2017) argues, radiology technologists in computed tomography works as a team. The importance of teamwork is emphasized by the fact that specialists from different fields work together to provide better services and the results of their work significantly exceed the results of the work of individuals or groups of large organizations. Research problem. What is the perception of teamwork prevailing in the work of radiology technologists working in Lithuanian health care institutions when performing computed tomography examinations? Research object: Teamwork perceptions of radiology technologists when performing computed tomography examinations. Research aim – to reveal perceptions of radiology technologists when performing computed tomography examinations. Research tasks: 1) describe the concept of teamwork perception in health care institutions; 2) to identify differences of teamwork perceptions when performing computed tomography examinations; 3) to determine the links between teamwork perceptions of radiology technologists and the performance of computed tomography examinations in health care institutions. Research methodology and subjects. Quantitative study was conducted in 2020. April – 2020. May. An anonymous online survey was conducted. The study involved radiology technologists performing computed tomography examinations. 51 radiology technologists agreed to participate in the survey, the response rate was 100%. Perceptions of teamwork were tested using the standardized TeamSTEPPS® 2.0 T-TPQ questionnaire developed by the United States, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) and an additional 4 question questionnaire for respondents. Research results. The results of the research revealed that teams of radiology technologists correspond to one of the most important aspects of the team – having a goal, because 56,9 percent (N=29) of the respondents agreed, and 37,3 percent (N=18) respondents fully agreed that goals were formulated in their teams. The greatest difference in perception, according to the teamwork experience of radiology technologists was observed in the group of leadership questions. The opinion of the respondents differed when it was necessary to choose whether the manager successfully resolves conflicts, as 33,3 percent (N=17) respondents chose to agree, and 31,4 percent (N=16) that fully agrees, that conflicts are resolved successfully. However, 21,6 percent (N=11) remained neutral, and 11,8 percent (N=6) disagreed and 2 percent (N=1) respondents completely disagreed that conflicts in teams are resolved successfully. dc.description.abstract	Analizuojant Lietuvos bei tarptautinę mokslinę literatūrą buvo rasta nemažai mokslinių darbų bei tyrimų komandinio darbo tematika. Tačiau mokslinių darbų apie radiologijos technologų komandinio darbo suvokimą ir organizavimą nebuvo rasta, nors kaip teigia Johnson (2017), radiologijos technologai kompiuterinėje tomografijoje dirba komandose. Komandinio darbo svarba akcentuojama teigiant, kad įvairių sričių specialistai bendradarbiaudami kartu suteikia geresnes paslaugas ir jų darbo rezultatai žymiai lenkia atskirai dirbančių asmenų arba didelių organizacijų grupių darbo rezultatus. Tyrimo problema. Koks komandinio darbo suvokimas vyrauja Lietuvos sveikatos priežiūros įstaigose dirbančių radiologijos technologų darbe, atliekant kompiuterinės tomografijos tyrimus? Tyrimo objektas: Radiologijos technologų komandinio darbo suvokimas, atliekant kompiuterinės tomografijos tyrimus. Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti radiologijos technologų komandinio darbo suvokimą, atliekant kompiuterinės tomografijos tyrimus. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1) aprašyti komandinio darbo suvokimo sampratą sveikatos priežiūros įstaigose; 2) identifikuoti radiologijos technologų komandinio darbo suvokimo skirtumus, atliekant kompiuterinės tomografijos tyrimus; 3) nustatyti sąsajas tarp radiologijos technologų komandinio darbo suvokimo ir kompiuterinės tomografijos tyrimų atlikimo sveikatos priežiūros įstaigose. Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji. Kiekybinis tyrimas atliktas 2020 m. balandžio – 2020 m. gegužės mėnesiais. Atlikta anoniminė anketinė apklausa internetu. Tyrime dalyvavo radiologijos technologai, atliekantys kompiuterinės tomografijos tyrimus. Apklausoje dalyvauti sutiko 51 radiologijos technologas, atsako dažnis – 100 proc. Komandinio darbo suvokimas tirtas Jungtinių Amerikos Valstijų, Sveikatos priežiūros tyrimų ir kokybės agentūros (angl. Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ)) parengtu standartizuotu klausimynu TeamSTEPPS® 2.0 T-TPQ ir papildoma 4 klausimų anketa respondentams. Tyrimo rezultatai. Tyrimo rezultatai atskleidė, kad radiologijos technologų komandos atitinka vieną svarbiausių komandos aspektų – tikslo turėjimą, nes 56,9 proc. (N=29) respondentų sutiko, o 37,3 proc. (N=18) apklaustųjų visiškai sutiko, kad jų komandose tikslai formuluojami. Didžiausias suvokimo išsiskyrimas, pagal radiologijos technologų komandinio darbo patirtį pastebėtas ties vadovavimo klausimų grupe. Respondentų nuomonė išsiskyrė, kai reikėjo pasirinkti, ar vadovas sėkmingai išsprendžia konfliktus, nes 33,3 proc. (N=17) respondentų pasirinko, kad sutinka, ir 31,4 proc. (N=16), kad visiškai sutinka, jog konfliktai sprendžiami sėkmingai. Tačiau 21,6 proc. (N=11) liko neutralios nuomonės, o 11,8 proc. (N=6) nesutiko ir 2 proc. (N=1) respondentų visiškai nesutiko, kad konfliktai komandose sprendžiami sėkmingai.
