dc.description	Contemporary man is a free, developed individual who can satisfy not only basic but also other needs like self-realization thus becoming the part of the culture. It is important to know how to keep in line with contemporary consumers expectations. How to compete correctly as organizations? In the largest cities of Lithuania the residents and guests have indefinite possibilities for cultural activity and needs satisfaction. However, do cultural and art organizations analyze and fulfill the needs of the people in small towns? Is it possible for smaller cities to hold out the competition of big cities in the cultural field? The main problem of the thesis is how the cultural activity needs have changed in Elektrenai City from 2017 till 2019? It is is very relevant now because during the last two years the cultural view of Elektrenai has changed as many new leisure zones were built as well as the old zones were renovated. It is very interesting how the residents evaluate these changes. The objective of the thesis is to evaluate the cultural activity needs of Elektrenai residents. The methods of the thesis: scientific literature analysis, questionnaire, statistical data analysis, content analysis. The theoretical part analysis showed the cultural activity essence and importance by analyzing the most popular theorems of A. Maslow and K. Alderfer and applying them to cultural needs evaluation of a small city in contemporary society. Also the factors which influence the culture consumers activity were determined which helped to distribute the consumers in groups according to the quality of life indicators. In addition, the cultural needs satisfaction obstacles and their removal possibilities of Lithuania in 2017 were analyzed. Finally, after the analysis of Lithuanian cultural organization specifics was done, the research was carried over to Elektrenai City cultural and social history which created the modern Elektrenai City culture. The empirical analysis helped to reveal the problems which are associated with the cultural needs of Elektrenai City residents. The analysis helped to determine the views of residents by different age groups, education and earnings. There were also determined the results of Elektrenai City culture, events, leisure zones, information dispersion and availability which were used to evaluate the cultural problems, opportunities and threats of Elektrenai City. In the analysis the results of period of 2017 and 2019 were compared which showed the resident’s views change over the period of almost two years. The empirical analysis helped to determine the conclusion and recommendations which would help to solve the cultural needs problems of Elektrenai City.
dc.description.abstract	Šiuolaikinis žmogus yra laisvas, išsivystęs individas, kuris gali tenkinti ne tik pirminius, bet ir antrinius - saviraiškos ir savirealizacijos - poreikius, taip tapdamas kultūros dalimi. Svarbu ţinoti kaip atitikti šiandienius vartotojų lūkesčius. Kaip teisingai konkuruoti organizacijoms? Didţiuosiuose Lietuvos miestuose gyventojams ir svečiams siūlomos neribotos kultūrinės veiklos, poreikių tenkinimo galimybės. O ar kultūros ir meno organizacijos išsiaiškina, analizuoja ir išpildo maţesnių miestų gyventojų poreikius? Ar įmanoma didţiųjų miestų apylinkėse įsikūrusiems maţesniems miestams atlaikyti konkurenciją kultūros lauke? Šio darbo problema analizuoja, kaip kito Elektrėnų gyventojų kultūrinės veiklos poreikiai nuo 2017 metų iki 2018 metų? Tai aktualu būtent dabar, nes per nepilnus dvejus metus, Elektrėnuose smarkiai pasikeitė miesto kultūrinis vaizdas, atsirado daug naujų laisvalaikio erdvių, taip pat buvo renovuotos senos erdves esančios Elektrėnų mieste. Įdomu kaip gyventojai vertina šiuos pokyčius. Darbo tikslasišsiaiškinti Elektrėnų gyventojų kultūrinės veiklos poreikį. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, anketinė apklausa raštu, statistinė duomenų analizė, turinio (content) analizė. Šiame darbe nagrinėjama teorinės dalies analizė, padėjo suprasti kultūrinės veiklos svarbą ir esmę, nagrinėjant ţinomiausias A. Maslowo ir K. Alderferio teorines analizes ir pritaikant jas kultūros poreikio nustatymui šiuolaikinėje visuomenėje, maţo miestelio gyventojams. Tai pat, buvo išskirti kultūros vartotojų elgseną, įtakojantys veiksniai. Kurie padėjo suskirstyti vartojus į grupes pagal gyvenimo kokybės matavimo rodiklių sampratą. Buvo išanalizuotos 2017 metų Lietuvoje nustatytos kultūros poreikių tenkinimo kliūtys ir kliūčių šalinimo galimybės. Išnagrinėjus Lietuvos kultūros organizavimo specifiką, pereita prie Elektrėnų miesto kultūrinės ir socialinės istorijos, kuri sukūrė dabartinę Elektrėnų miesto kultūrą. Praktinis tyrimas padėjo atskleisti, visas problemas susijusias su Elektrėnų miesto gyventojų kultūriniais poreikiais. Taip pat, padėjo išanalizuoti skirtingų amţiaus grupių, išsilavinimo bei skirtingas pajamas uţdirbančių gyventojų nuostatas. Empyrinio tyrimo metu buvo atskleisti, Elektrėnų miesto kultūros, renginių, poilsio erdvių, informacijos sklaidos ir pasiekiamumo rezultatai, pagal kuriuos buvo nustatytos ir įvertintos visos Elektrėnų miesto kultūrinės problemos, galimybės ir grėsmės. Tyrimo metu buvo lyginami 2017 metų ir 2018 metų rezultatai kurie atskleidė, gyventojų nuomonės pokyti, kuris įvyko per nepilnai dvejus metus. Tyrimas padėjo, parengti išvadas ir rekomendacijas, kurios padėtų spręsti Elektrėnų miesto problemas, kultūrinių poreikių kontekste.	en_US
