dc.description	A production workshop with a capacity of 500 kg per shift, 2.5% fat natural yoghurt and 500 kg yogurt with lingonberry jam has been designed. The main raw materials for the production of yoghurts were selected and calculated: raw cow's milk (1000 kg/ shift), lingonberry jam (55 kg/shift) and yoghurt yeast. 2000 pieces of cardboard containers will be required per shift. According to the equipment selected for production, the production premises are 119.71 m2, the total area of the production workshop is 421.73 m2. Critical Control Points are identified in the production of a safe product: CCP-1C reception of raw materials, CCP-2B mixture pasteurization, CCP-3P product labeling and packaging. The established production volume per year is 247000 kg of yoghurt, the prime-cost of natural yogurt is 0.78 EUR/kg, and the prime-cost of yogurt with lingonberry jam is 1.18 EUR/ kg.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Suprojektuotas 500 kg našumo per pamainą, 2,5 % riebumo natūralaus jogurto ir 500 kg jogurto su bruknių uogiene gamybos cechas. Jogurtų gamybai parinktos ir apskaičiuotos pagrindinės žaliavos: žalias karvių pienas (1000 kg/per pamainą), bruknių uogienė (55 kg/pam) ir jogurto raugas. Pakavimui per pamainą reikės 2000 vnt. kartoninės taros. Pagal parinktus gamybai įrenginius suprojektuotos gamybinės patalpos 119,71 m2, visas gamybos cecho plotas sudaro 421,73 m2. Saugaus produkto gamybai numatyti svarbūs valdymo taškai: SVT-1C žaliavų priėmime, SVT-2B mišinio pasterizavime, SVT-3F produktų ženklinime ir fasavime. Nustatyta gamybos apimtis per metus siekia 247000 kg jogurto, natūralaus jogurto savikaina 0,78 Eur/kg, o jogurto su bruknių uogiene savikaina 1,18 Eur/kg	en_US
