Autizmo spektro sutrikimu sergančių pacientų problemos ir jų valdymas
Abstract
Aktualumas: Vienas iš 68 vaikų gali sirgti autizmo spektro sutrikimu ir šie skaičiai su kiekvienais
metais didėja. Medicinos personalas turi žinoti kokios problemos gali iškilti slaugant šiuos pacientus
ir kaip jas spręsti.
Tyrimo tikslas: Atskleisti slaugos problemas ir jų valdymą slaugant pacientą sergantį autizmo
spektro sutrikimu.
Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1. Aprašyti autizmo spektro sutrikimus, etiologiją, klinikinius požymius,
gydymo bei slaugos aspektus. 2. Įvertinti autizmo spektro sutrikimu sergančių pacientų patiriamas
fizines problemas ir jų sprendimo būdus. 3. Nustatyti autizmo spektro sutrikimu sergančių pacientų
patiriamas psichologines problemas ir jų sprendimo būdus.
Darbo metodika: 1. Mokslinės literatūros analizė. 2. Empirinis tyrimas, naudojant kiekybinį tyrimo
metodą anketą. 3. Surinktų tyrimo duomenų susiteminimas ir analizė.
Tiriamieji: Bendrosios praktikos slaugytojos. Kiekybinis tyrimas, apklausa atlikta anoniminės
anketos forma. Apklausta 25 slaugytojos dirbančios X ligoninės reabilitacijos skyriuje ir Y globos
namuose.
Tyrimo problema: Kokios problemos slaugoje, slaugant pacientą su autizmo spektro sutrikimu?
Tyrimo objektas: Problemos ir jų valdymas slaugant pacientus sergančius autizmo spektro
sutrikimu.
Rezultatai: Išanalizavus tyrimo gautus duomenis galima matyti, kad su beveik visomis literatūros
analizėje aptartomis problemomis slaugytos ištiesų susiduria labai dažnai arba dažnai. Dažniausiai
slaugytojos susiduria su neefektyvia komunikacija bendraujant su pacientais sergančiais ASS. Stebint
gautus rezultatus matome, kad visas iškilusias problemas slaugytojos sprendžia pačios, naudojant
daugumą pateiktų sprendimo būdų, taip pat respondentai teisingai įvardija problemų priežastis.
Didelė dalis respondentų išreiškė norą tobulinti savo žinias apie pacientus sergančius autizmo spektro
sutrikimu kvalifikacijos kėlimo kursuose.
Description
Relevance: One in 68 children may have autism spectrum disorder and the numbers are increasing
with each passing year. Medical staff should be aware of the problems that may arise in caring for
these patients and how to solve them.
Study aim: To reveal the nursing problems and their managment in the care of a patient with autism
spectrum disorder.
Objectives of the research: 1. Describe autism spectrum disorders, their etiology, clinical features,
treatment and nursing aspects. 2. To evaluate the physical problems experienced by patients with
autism spectrum disorder and their solutions. 3. To identify the psychological problems experienced
by patients with autism spectrum disorder and how to solve them.
Methodology: 1. Analysis of scientific literature. 2. Empirical research using a quantitative research
method questionnaire. 3. Summarizing and analyzing the collected research data.
Respondents: General practice nurses. Quantative research, the survey was done using an
anonymous questionnare. The results were formed from 25 nurses working in an X hospitals
rehabilitation unit and in Y social care home.
Research Problem: What are the problems in nursing care for a patient with autism spectrum
disorder?
Object of the study: Problems and their management in the care of patients with autism spectrum
disorder.
Results: Analyzing the data obtained from the research, it can be seen that almost all the problems
discussed in the literature analysis are very often or frequently encountered by the nurses. Most often,
nurses experience ineffective communication with patients with ASD. Observing the results, we can
see that all problems are solved by the nurses using most of the solutions provided, and the
respondents manage to correctly identify the causes of the problems. A large number of respondents
also expressed a desire to improve their knowledge of patients with autism spectrum disorder in
courses.
