1. Apibrėžti psichoemocinės būsenos sampratą bei įtaką žmogaus sveikatai;
2. Aprašyti neigiamų emocijų priežastis bei naudingus valdymo būdus prieš chirurgines
operacijas;
3. Įvertinti pacientų psichoemocinę būseną priešoperaciniu laikotarpiu;
4. Atskleisti pacientų bei slaugytojų veiklą valdant neigiamas psichoemocines būsenas
priešoperaciniu laikotarpiu.
Tyrimo metodika ir tiriamieji: atlikta mokslinės literatūros analizė, empirinis tyrimas
atliktas panaudojus kiekybinį tyrimo metodą, anketinę apklausą raštu. Statistinė duomenų analizė
atlikta naudojant MS Excel ir SPSS 24,0 kompiuterines programas. Apklausoje dalyvavo 90
respondentų, kuriems atliktos chirurginės operacijos: 47 moterys (52,2 proc.) ir 43 vyrai (47,8proc.).
Empirinio tyrimo rezultatai: rezultatai rodo, jog net 72,2 proc. tiriamųjų nurodė, kad
jautė stresą ir nerimą priešoperaciniu laikotarpiu. Nustatyta, kad moterys šiuo laikotarpiu statistiškai
dažniau (p=0,017) jautė neigiamas emocijas (83,0 proc.), nei respondentai vyrai (60,5 proc.).
Vertinant emocinę savijautą tarp vyrų ir moterų pastebėti reikšmingi skirtumai, kurie rodo, jog vyrai
savo emocinę savijautą įvertino pozityviau nei moterys. Net 62,5 proc. moterų ir 70 proc. vyrų
bandė įveikti neigiamų emocijų raišką prieš operaciją.
Description:
Relevance of the topic: the results of research from different countries and Lithuania
show that patients who undergo surgical operation often experience a feeling of fear and tension,
anxiety and stress. In preoperative period patients must adapt or try to overcome these psychoemotional states in order to regain emotional control (Aust and others, 2016).
Research problem: what are the psycho-emotional states of patients and the possibilities
of their correction during the preoperative period?
Research object: assessment of the psycho-emotions of patients and possibilities of their
correction during the preoperative period.
Research purpose: to determine the psycho-emotional states of patients and possibilities
of their correction during the preoperative period.
Research tasks:
1. To define the concept of psycho-emotional state and influence on human health;
2. To describe the causes of negative emotions and useful methods of management
before surgical operations;
3. To assess the psycho-emotional state of patients during the preoperative period;
4. To reveal the activities of patients and nurses in managing negative psychoemotional states during the preoperative period.
Research methodology and subjects: analysis of the scientific literature has been
conducting, empirical research has been done using quantitative research method, written
questionnaire survey. Statistical data analysis was performed using MS Excel and SPSS 24.0
software. The survey involved 90 surgical patients: 47 women (52,2 per cent) and 43 men (47,8 per
cent).
Results of the empirical research: the results show that as many as 72,2 per cent of the
subjects reported feeling stress and anxiety during the preoperative period. Female patients were
statistically more likely (p=0,017) to experience negative emotions during this period (83,0 per
cent), than male respondents (60,5 per cent.). There were significant differences in emotional wellbeing between men and women, indicating that men rated their emotional well-being more positively than women. As many as 62,5 per cent of women and 70,0 per cent of men tried to
overcome the expression of negative emotions.
