Description of the work (professional BA thesis): The job is to find out what quality of
Birštonas resort active leisure service quality assessment. This topic is relevant because the
development of various technologies increases the quality of services. Therefore, this research will
reveal whether the quality of Birštonas resort services meets the requirements and expectations of
tourists.
The main problem of the work (professional BA thesis): Assessment of the quality of Birštonas
resort services for tourists.
The aim of the work (professional BA thesis): to evaluate the quality of active leisure
services of Birštonas resort.
Objectives of the work (professional BA thesis):
Methods of the work (professional BA thesis): analysis of scientific literature,
questionnaire survey, descriptive statistical data analysis.
The structure: The theoretical part describes active leisure, recreational services, quality
of service evaluation. In the part of the research methodology and organization we refer to the criteria
of the selection of the respondents and the determination of the sample and the results of the research.
The results/ conclusions: During the survey, tourists were interviewed and visitors used
the services provided by Birštonas resort. Whether the consumer experience met expectations,
experience exceeded expectations, or experience did not meet expectations.
Short suggestions/ recommendations: employee Promotion Prize to help employees work
harder, thus increasing service quality, ethical seminars to raise employee awareness to become more
sincere, more flexible for customers, redundancies in the workplace, people who do not work in the
workplace and have a negative impact on others, thus increasing the quality of services, increase the
quality of posters and flyers, thereby increasing customer awareness of the services provided; modify
or repair proprietary devices that are related to service quality enhancement. |
