dc.description	Relevance of the topic- permanent prosthetic dentures on four implants are becoming more and more popular among the patients. It doesn‘t matter if patient lost his teeth because of desease,or accident- being without teeth causes a lot of problems. Dental implants reduces discomfort and ensures better quality of life. All-on-4 – is a special method of dental implants. The principle lies in a full dental bridge that is supported on 4 implants minimum per jaw. Those dental implants as usual teeth, needs to take care well of them. It‘s important to keep dental hygien, to avoid further complications. To maintain the durability and quality of implants and prostheses, it must be cared, as conventional teeth. The care of implants and prostheses is different from that of dental care, so in this case it is important to consult with specialists in order to select the appropriate individual oral hygiene and professional oral hygiene with the appropriate instruments and equipment. Dental hygienists are specialists who select individual oral hygiene products, advise the patient on oral cavity care and perform professional hygiene, so it is very important to find out what their knowledge about the implants and prostheses on the four implants (all-on-4). dc.description.abstract	Neišimamieji dantų protezai ant keturių implantų tampa vis populiaresni tarp pacientų. Nepaisant to, ar pacientas neteko dantų dėl ligos, ar dėl nelaimingo atsitikimo – bedantystė sukelia daug nepatogumų. Vis populiarėjantis dantų atstatymas ant implantų – dantų protezavimas ant keturių dantų (angl. all-on-4). Tai ypatinga dantų implantavimo metodika, kurios principas – dantų plokštelės tvirtinimas prie keturių implantų. Norint išsaugoti implantų ir protezų ilgaamžiškumą bei kokybę, kaip ir įprastus dantis, būtina tinkamai prižiūrėti. Implantų ir protezų priežiūra skiriasi nuo dantų priežiūros, todėl šiuo atveju svarbu konsultuotis su specialistais, kad būtų parinktos atitinkamos individualios burnos higienos priemonės bei profesionali burnos higiena atliekama su tam skirtais instrumentais ir įranga. Burnos higienistai – tai specialistai, kurie parenka individualias burnos higienos priemones, konsultuoja pacientą burnos ertmės priežiūros klausimais ir atlieka profesionalią higieną, todėl labai svarbu išsiaiškinti, kokios yra jų žinios apie implantų ir protezų ant keturių implantų (all-on-4) priežiūrą	en_US
