Santrauka:
Baigiamojo darbo tikslas- Atskleisti 3D metalo spausdinimo galimybes naudojant Co-Cr metalo lydinį dantų technologo darbe. Darbo problema- Ar gamyba taikant 3D metalo spausdinimą tikslesnė, nei ranka gaminamų protezų? Darbo objektas- 3D būdu spausdintų Co-Cr metalo lydinio gamybos analizė. Darbo uždaviniai: 1. Išskirti 3D būdu pagamintos metalinio protezo konstrukcijos pranašumus ir trūkumus. 2.
Description:
The work consists of an introduction, two main parts – theoretical and practical, conclusions and references. Aim of the thesis – To reveal the possibilities of 3D metal printing using Co-Cr metal alloy in dental technician's work. A problem – Is Production Using 3D Metal Printing More Precise than Hand-Made Dentures? Object of the work – Analysis of production of 3D-printed Co-Cr metal alloy. Tasks of the thesis: 1. To distinguish the advantages and disadvantages of 3D metal. 2. Produce and evaluate the accuracy of the manufactured metal structure. Selected research methods – analysis of scientific literature and analysis of 3D printed metal dentures frame.
This thesis is about the use of digital technology in a dental laboratory, that provides opportunities to work more efficiently and accurately. The advancement of modern technology is the addition of metal production or also known as 3D metal printing technology, which makes the performance more accurate, the density of produced metal is higher than made with traditional method, the conformity of the manufactured non-removable dentures to the tooth neck is clinically acceptable.
