This study analyzes sustainable development in the four star „Park Inn by Radisson“ Kaunas hotel and how sustainable development is applied in this hotel and its activities. Theme has been chosen because of unreasonable use of natural resources of the world. It is important to know how to leave something for future generations, one of the ways is the hotels. The paper analyzes the existing principles of sustainable development in the hotel activities and looks for new ones. The main problem of the professional BA thesis. This study analyzes sustainable development used in four star „Park Inn by Radisson“ Kaunas hotel, its pluses and minuses. The aim of the professional BA thesis. After analyzing the sustainable development in the hotel, make recommendations. After analyzing four star “Park Inn by Radisson” Kaunas Hotel and its activities, after qualitative investigation was made, interview, was found the weakest spots of the hotel, spots for improvement and enhancement, and recommendations for strengthening weaknesses for sustainable development in the Hotel. Suggestions/recommendations. The four star „Park Inn by Radisson“ Kaunas Hotel could organize public conferences-trainings for the public and tell about sustainable development, its benefits.
