dc.description	Nowadays, when the pace of our lives is getting faster and faster, people often fail to complete their tasks. Employees often can not keep up with their work schedules and they fail to complete many of the tasks given to them, and that is how quality of their work is downgrading. In order that the system of a company would work properly, the company has to hire an extra amount of specialists. By increasing the number of specialists, working for the company, it also needs to increase the funding for sustaining these extra number of workers. In order to avoid having to hire extra number of specialists, various companies often search for alternative ways on how to decrease it‘s IT administrator‘s devoted human resources for maintaining hardware and software equipment. The main goal of this thesis is to find a system, which would be capable of performing similar functions as the one, which is used today, and would be able to decrease IT administrator‘s devoted time for maintaining the system. When the company discovers a system, which matches their needs, it is important to transfer all the files, such as contacts, emails, etc, which are located in the old system. The e-mail system needs to be configured according to the company‘s needs. The login data of the administrator has to be protected using an additional security layer of user authentification.	en
dc.description.abstract	Šiais laikais, kai gyvenimo tempas yra labai greitas, žmonės dažnai nespėja tinkamai atlikti savo užduočių. Darbuotojai savo darbo vietose dažnai nesuspėja susitvarkyti su daugybe jiems keliamų užduočių ir taip yra įtakojama darbo kokybė. Siekiant, kad visa įmonės darbui reikalinga sistema veiktų tinkamai, įmonei tenka samdyti papildomą kiekį specialistų. Didinant specialistų kiekį įmonėje tenka didinti ir jų išlaikymui skiriamas lėšas. Siekiant išvengti papildomų specialistų įdarbinimo dažnai yra ieškoma alternatyvų kaip sumažinti įmonės IT administratoriaus žmogiškųjų išteklių skiriamą kiekį techninės ir programinės įrangos priežiūrai. Šio baigiamojo darbo tikslas – surasti sistemą, kuri atliktų panašias funkcijas kaip šiuo metu naudojama sistema ir leistų kuo labiau sumažinti IT administratoriaus skiriamą laiką šios sistemos priežiūrai. Suradus įmonės poreikius atitinkančią sistemą svarbu į ją pereiti išsaugant įmonės darbui svarbius duomenis esančius senoje sistemoje. Pašto sistemą sukonfigūruoti pagal įmonės poreikius. Administratoriaus prisijungimo duomenys turi būti apsaugoti panaudojant papildomomą prisijungimo apsaugos priemonę.	en_US
