dc.description	The structure – In the theoretical part of the thesis there is systematically analyzed litera-ture, legal acts that explain the concept of wages, the main sources are presented, and on the basis of which the legal system is formed. The peculiarities of the salary calculation reform have been discus-sed and analyzed in the Lithuanian state since 2019. in the field of labor relations. In the practical part of the work, the models of the application of minimum and average wages, labor tax related taxes in European countries are performed by the comparative analysis method.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje darbo dalyje yra sistemiškai išnagrinėta literatūra, teisės aktai reguliuojantys darbo užmokestį, pateikiami pagrindiniai darbo teisės šaltiniai. Aptarta ir išanalizuota darbo užmokesčio dydžio apskaičiavimo reforma po 2019 m. sausio. Praktinėje darbo dalyje yra atliekama minimalaus ir vidutinio darbo užmokesčio taikomo modelio analizė Lietuvos praktikoje.	en_US
