dc.description	The structure of the thesis consists of introduction, summaries in Lithuanian and English, the reaction of legal regulation in the field of trafficking and to applie other legal acts according to the levels of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, as well as the case law of Lithuania and beyond. Summarizing the most important aspects of trafficking, the most common problems of trafficking that are identified, and the most important legal norms that applies. Review of the most current ways of solving the problems of trafficking and comparing the articles of criminal law in determining the relevance of the legal problem.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūrą sudaro įvadas, santraukos lietuvių ir anglų kalbomis, dokumentų analizė, teisinis reaguliavimas prekybos žmonėmis srityje, pagal Lietuvos Respublikos ir Europos Sąjungos lygmenis pritaikant kitus teisės aktus, taip pat teismų praktiką Lietuvoje ir už jos ribų. Apibendrinami svarbiausi prekybos žmonėmis aspektai, įvardijamos dažniausiai pasitaikančios prekybos žmonėmis problemos, tuo taikytinos pačios svarbiausios teisės normos. Lyginami baudžiamųjų įstatymų straipsniai nustatant teisinės problemos aktualumą.	en_US
