Abstract
Darbo struktūra. 1 dalyje analizuojama vaikų gyvenamosios vietos nustatymo samprata
bei teisinis reguliavimas; 2 dalyje akcentuojamas vaikų ir tėvų teisių ir pareigų reguliavimas, vaikų
gyvenamosios vietos nustatymo su vienu iš tėvų teisminio proceso problemos bei gyvenamosios
vietos nustatymo kriterijų analizė remiantis Lietuvos bei užsienio šalių teisiniu reguliavimu; 3
dalyje nagrinėjama teisminis procesas ir teismų praktikos problematika vaikų gyvenamosios vietos
nustatyme.
Description
The structure. Part 1 examines the conception and legal regulation of the place where the
child resides; Part 2 highlights the regulation of the rights and obligations of children and parents,
the establishment of a child's place of residence with one of the parents in the judicial process and
the establishment of the rights protected in the residency process in Lithuania and foreign countries;
Part 3 examines the judicial process and the problem of case-law in the determination of the child's
residence.
