dc.description	The structure – The theoretical part analyzes the concept of motivation and job satisfaction, the factors, the motivation means are analyzed, the relationship between motivation and job satisfaction is analyzed. The analytical part presents the research work methods and presents the obtained results. The design part presents the possibilities of employee motivation and job improvement. The conclusions provide a summary of the final thesis, which provides answers to the challenges raised at the beginning of the thesis.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje dalyje analizuojama motyvacijos ir pasitenkinimo darbu samprata, veiksniai, analizuojamos motyvavimo priemonės, aiškinamasi koks ryšys tarp motyvacijos ir pasitenkinimo darbu. Analitinėje dalyje pateikiami tyrimo darbo metodai ir pateikiami gauti rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje pateiktos darbuotojų motyvacijos ir pasitenkinimo darbu tobulinimo galimybės. Išvadose pateikiama apibendrinanti baigiamojo darbo medžiaga, kurioje pateikiami atsakymai į darbo pradžioje iškeltus uždavinius.	en_US
