dc.description	The structure – The final work consists of 3 chapters. The first section of the paper discusses the diverse approaches of scientific literature to the concept of internal communication, the application of various traditional and information technologies in enterprises and the benefits of their application. The second section of the work presents the characteristics of the company, research methodology and results. The third section of the project section presents the strengths and weaknesses of the company's internal communications. Depending on the weaknesses, measures are proposed to improve internal communication.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūra: Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro 3 skyriai. Pirmajame darbo skyriuje aptarta įvairiausi mokslinės literatūros požiūriai į vidinės komunikacijos sąvoką, įvairias tradicines ir informacines technologijas pritaikomas įmonėse ir šių priemonių pritaikymo nauda. Antrajame darbo skyriuje pateikiama įmonės charakteristika, tyrimo metodologija ir rezultatai. Trečiajame, projektinės dalies skyriuje, pateikiamos įmonės vidinės komunikacijos stipriosios ir silpnosios vietos. Atsižvelgiant į silpnąsias vietas, pasiūloma vidinės komunikacijos gerinimo priemonės.	en_US
