dc.description	Structure of the final thesis- integration theory aspects are discussed in the theory part. Concepts of integration, stages and ways of improvement, efficiency and methods are excluded by different authors of scientific literature. Results of the research are given in the analytical part of the work. Respondents’ answers and their analyzed opinion about integration quality in UAB ,,Baltec CNC Technologies“ organization are graphically illustrated. Problems and their solution ways and how much the company will need to earn revenue to deal with these problems are distinguished in the project work part.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūra - teorinėje dalyje aptariama integracijos teoriniai aspektai. Išskiriamos skirtingų mokslinės literatūros autorių integracijos sampratos, etapai bei metodai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai. Grafiškai pavaizduoti respondentų atsakymai bei išanalizuotos jų nuomonės apie integracijos kokybę UAB ,,Baltec CNC Technologies“ organizacijoje. Projektinėje darbo dalyje išskirtos problemos, jų sprendimo būdai bei apskaičiuota, kiek įmonė norėdama išspręsti šias problemas turės skirti pajamų.	en_US
