Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama UAB „SPA BIRŠTONAS“ charakteristika, aprašomi tyrime naudoti metodai, pateikiami personalo karjeros vystymo tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos personalo karjeros vystymo galimybės.

Factors shaping personnel management. In the practical part, the results of the personnel career development survey are presented, which were performed by UAB „SPA BIRŠTONAS“.
