| dc.description | The structure – In the first part of this work the concepts and types of organizational microclimate presented in the literature are analysed. It also examines the importance of motivation and the link between organizational microclimate and motivation. The second part of the work presents the results of the research performed after the questionnaire survey and the discussion of the results. | dc.description.abstract | Darbo struktūra: pirmojoje darbo dalyje nagrinėjamos literatūroje pateikiamos organizacinio mikroklimato sampratos, tipai. Taip pat išnagrinėjama motyvacijos svarba bei organizacinio mikroklimato sąsaja su motyvacija. Antroje darbo dalyje pateikiama atlikto tyrimo metodika, gauti rezultatai, atlikus anketinę apklausą, jų palyginimas su antriniais duomenimis bei rezultatų aptarimas.
