dc.description	Communication and engineering communication object's cadastral data identification peculiarities. Study program Real estate magement engineering 653H14004. Supervisor lecturer A. Živatkauskas. Kaunas: Kaunas College, Faculty of Technology, Department of Environmental Engineering. The final work consists of 48 pages. These days cadastral measurements are very relavant, as the real estate market is constantly expanding, therefore, every person who wants to know precisely the boundaries of the land plot belonging to him rightfully, must geographically place the plot of land, or simply want to have some possession of his real property, to perform cadastral measurements. Cadastral measurements of land parcels are performed by determining the coordinates of the turning points and boundary marks of the land parcel in the state coordinate system. The theoretical part of this final work analyzes the legal acts related to the cadastral measurements of land plots and the peculiarities of their peculiarities. The main legal acts regulating cadastral measurements are analyzed in this bachelor's work: the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on real estate cadastre, the regulations of the real estate cadastre of the Republic of Lithuania, rules for the collection and adjustment of cadastral measurements and cadastral data of real estate objects. Also, in the final work, the literature of other authors is reviewed regarding the peculiarities of determining the cadastral data of land plots and the problems of cadastral identification of data. After reviewing the relevant literature and legislation in the project part, analyze the land plots located in Kaunas Betygalos s. 4 and 4A cadastral data identification peculiarities. In the preparation of these land plots, the use of which is other, and the way of use is Communication and engineering communication object's territorys, the cadastral data files used GeoMap software and IS GeoMaster, as well as the main functions of these programs discussed in the final work. In the preparation of the final projact was used the analysis of literature sources, analysis of data, analysis of legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.	en
dc.description.abstract	Susisiekimo ir inžinerinių komunikacijų aptarnavimo objektų kadastro duomenų nustatymo ypatumai. Studijų programa Nekilnojamojo turto matavimų inžinerija 653H14004. Vadovas lekt. A. Živatkauskas. Kaunas: Kauno kolegija, Technologijų fakultetas, Aplinkos inžinerijos katedra. Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro 48 psl. Šiomis dienomis kadastriniai matavimai yra labai aktualūs, kadangi nekilnojamojo turto rinka nuolat plečiasi, todėl kiekvienam žmogui, kuris nori tiksliai žinoti jam nuosavybės teise priklausančio žemės sklypo ribas, sklypo vietą geografiškai, ar tiesiog norėdamas kaip nors disponuoti savo nekilnojamuoju daiktu, turi atlikti kadastrinius matavimus. Žemės sklypų kadastriniai matavimai atliekami nustatant žemės sklypų ribų posūkio taškų ir riboženklių koordinates valstybinėje koordinačių sistemoje. Šio baigiamojo darbo teorinėje dalyje analizuojami teisės aktai, kurie susiję su žemės sklypų kadastrinių matavimų atlikimu bei jų nustatymo ypatumais. Pagrindiniai šiame darbe išanalizuoti teisės aktai reglamentuojantys kadastrinius matavimus: Lietuvos Respublikos nekilnojamojo turto kadastro įstatymas, Lietuvos Respublikos nekilnojamojo turto kadastro nuostatai, Nekilnojamojo turto objektų kadastrinių matavimų ir kadastro duomenų surinkimo bei tikslinimo taisyklės. Taip pat baigiamajame darbe apžvelgta kitų autorių literatūra susijusi su žemės sklypų kadastro duomenų nustatymo ypatumais bei kadastro duomenų nustatymo problemomis. Apžvelgus aktualią literatūrą, bei teisės aktus projektinėje dalyje išanalizuoti žemės sklypų esančių Kauno mieste Betygalos g. 4 ir 4A kadastro duomenų nustatymo ypatumai. Rengiant šių žemės sklypų, kurių naudojimo paskirtis kita, o naudojimo būdas – susisiekimo ir inžinerinių komunikacijų aptarnavimo objektų teritorijos, kadastro duomenų bylas buvo naudojama GeoMap programinė įranga ir IS GeoMatininkas, taip pat baigiamajame darbe aptartos šių programų pagrindinės funkcijos. Rengiant bakalauro baigiamąjį darbą buvo naudota literatūros šaltinių analizė, duomenų analizė, Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų analizė.	en_US
