dc.description	The thesis consists of three main parts: the first - the theoretical aspects of quality management methods: the concept of quality and quality management, the motives of the implementation of quality management systems and the benefits to the organization. The second part presents the company's characteristics - history, areas of activity, main divisions of the company. An open type structured interview with the managers of logistics, warehousing and quality department is carried out to find out the main problems of the company used for the tools of the quality management system, the attitude of employees towards Lean methods. The quality management system tools used by the company and their benefits to the company are analyzed, the qualitative data of UAB „Omniva“ are presented and discussed. In the third part of the work the implementation of LEAN system is calculated, the costs are calculated, time is spent and the benefits of system installation are described. At the end of the thesis conclusions are formulated, recommendations and suggestions are prepared, the list of literature, summary in Lithuanian and English and appendixes are presented.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbą sudaro trys pagrindinės dalys: pirmoje – pateikiami kokybės vadybos metodų teoriniai aspektai: kokybės bei kokybės vadybos samprata, kokybės vadybos sistemų diegimo motyvai ir nauda organizacijai, ISO ir LEAN modelio analizė. Antroje dalyje pateikiama įmonės charakteristika - istorija, veiklos sritys, pagrindiniai įmonės skyriai. Atliekamas logistikos, sandėlių ir kokybės skyriaus vadovų atviro tipo struktūrizuotas interviu, kuriuo siekiama išsiaiškinti pagrindines įmonės problemas, naudojamus kokybės vadybos sistemos įrankius, darbuotojų požiūrį į Lean metodus. Išanalizuojami įmonės veikloje taikomi kokybės vadybos sistemos įrankiai, jų nauda įmonei, pateikiami ir aptariami UAB „Omniva“ kokybiniai duomenys. Trečioje darbo dalyje projektuojamas LEAN sistemos diegimas, skaičiuojami kaštai, laiko sąnaudos ir aprašoma sistemos diegimo nauda. Darbo pabaigoje suformuluojamos išvados, parengiamos rekomendacijos ir pasiūlymai, pateikiamas literatūros sąrašas, santrauka lietuvių ir anglų kalbomis bei priedai.	en_US
