The theoretical part presents the concept of internal communication from the point of view of various authors, its types, directions and obstacles that hinder the development of effective communication. In the analytical part are presented the general characteristics of the PI „Kauno kolegija“, describes the methods used during the research and presents the results of the research. dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje dalyje pateikta vidinės komunikacijos samprata įvairių autorių požiūriu, jos rūšys, kryptys bei kliūtys, kurios trukdo vystytis efektyviai komunikacijai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje pateikiama VšĮ „Kauno kolegija“ bendra charakteristika, aprašomi tyrimo metu naudoti metodai bei apibendrinami tyrimo rezultatai. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiamos VšĮ „Kauno kolegija“ vidinės komunikacijos tobulinimo galimybės bei įvertinama rekomenduojamų priemonių socialinė nauda.	en_US
