The theoretical part discusses theoretical aspects of organizational climate, its concept, formation, organizational climate factors, the relationship between organizational climate and job satisfaction and the impact on employee motivation. The practical part of the work describes the characteristics of the company, SWOT analysis, research methodology and the analysis of the questionnaire and the interview responses. The design part discusses the main problems that have come to light in the practical part and offers solutions to these problems.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūra – teorinėje dalyje aptariama organizacinio klimato teoriniai aspektai, samprata, formavimasis, organizacinio klimato veiksniai bei organizacinio klimato ir pasitenkinimo darbu sąsajos, poveikis darbuotojų motyvacijai. Analitinėje darbo dalyje apibūdinama įmonės charakteristika, SSGG analizė, tyrimo metodika bei analizuojami anketos ir interviu atsakymai. Projektinėje dalyje aptariamos pagrindinės problemos, kurios išryškėjo praktinėje dalyje ir pasiūlomi šių problemų sprendimo būdai.	en_US
