dc.description	The structure – The theoretical part describes the concept of motivation, means of motivation, analysis of generations and differences of generation motivation. The analytical part presents the motivation tools used by UAB Alfa and presents the results of the research aimed at finding out the effectiveness of the motivation measures used by the company. Proposals for improvement of employee motivation measures are presented in the project part.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbo struktūra. Teorinėje dalyje aprašoma motyvacijos ir motyvavimo samprata, motyvacijos priemonės, analizuojamos kartos ir jų motyvavimo skirtumai. Analitinėje dalyje pristatomos UAB „Alfa“ naudojamos motyvavimo priemonės, pateikiami tyrimo rezultatai, kuriais siekiama išsiaiškinti įmonės naudojamų motyvavimo priemonių tinkamumą. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami pasiūlymai darbuotojų motyvavimo priemonių tobulinimui.	en_US
