dc.description	In the first part of the work is analyzed: theoretical aspects of logistics activity organization, description of logistical activity organization and structure, definitions of logistics concept, logistics functions. The second part presents the company, its activities, the main competitors and the economic analysis of the activity, as well as the anonymous survey of the employees and the results obtained from it. The third part of the work presents ways to improve the problem.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje darbo dalyje analizuojama: logistikos veiklos organizavimo teoriniai aspektai, aprašoma logistinės veiklos organizavimo samprata ir struktūra, pateikiami logistikos sąvokos apibrėžimai, logistikos funkcijos. Analitinėje dalyje pristatoma įmonė, jos vykdomos veiklos, pateikiami pagrindiniai konkurentai ir atliekama ekonominė veiklos analizė, taip pat atliekama anoniminė darbuotojų apklausa ir iš jos gauti rezultatai. Projektinėje darbo dalyje pateikiami problemų sprendimo tobulinimo būdai.	en_US
