dc.description	The first part of the work analyzes: the concept and structure of logistics processes, the definitions of logistics concept, logistics functions. The aspects of organization of logistics logistic activities are discussed, the interrelations of the components of the management process are presented, and the indicators of the analysis of the organization of transport logistics activities. The second part of the work analyzes: the methodology of empirical research is presented. Analysis of logistics processes. Introducing the company's logistical activities, activities, short history of the company and its advantages compared to other companies. Quality, environmental safety, occupational safety and health policies are discussed, competitive environment is presented, economic analysis is explored and documentation briefly described. The third part of the thesis analyzes: the third part of the thesis analyzes the questionnaire data, analyzes the problems and presents the possibilities for improvement. Conclusions and suggestions are provided.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Pirmojoje darbo dalyje analizuojama: logistinių procesų samprata ir struktūra, pateikiami logistikos sąvokos apibrėţimai, logistikos funkcijos. Aptariama transportavimo logistinės veiklos organizavimo aspektai, pateikiami valdymo proceso sudedamųjų dalių tarpusavio ryšiai, transportavimo logistinės veiklos organizavimo analizės rodikliai. Antroje darbo dalyje analizuojama: pristatoma empirinio tyrimo metodika. Atliekama logistinių procesų analizė. Pristatoma įmonės logistinė veikla, veiklos kryptys, trumpa įmonės istorija, pristatomi jos pranašumai lyginant su kitomis įmonėmis. Aptariama kokybės, aplinkos saugos, darbuotojų saugos ir sveikatos politika, pristatoma konkurencinė aplinka, atliekama ekonominės veiklos analizė ir trumpai aprašoma dokumentacija. Trečioje darbo dalyje analizuojama: trečioje darbo dalyje atliekama anketinės apklausos duomenų analizė, atliekama problemų analizė ir pateikiamos tobulinimo galimybės. Pateikiamos išvados ir pasiūlymai.	en_US
