dc.description	The theoretical part analyzes the classification and management of the events and catering establishments, describes the works of the planners and the requirements for service staff, provides the forms and rules of guest service. In the technological part, the menu for the party of 30 guests, 10 technological cards off the dishes, 2 costing cards of the prime costs, 2 cards with nutritional and energy value fact, the description of raw materials and a technological scheme are created. The economic-financial parts shows the total costs and profit of the party.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Teorinėje dalyje išanalizuotas renginių bei maitinimo įmonių klasifikavimas, organizatorių darbas, padavėjų reikalavimai, lankytojų aptarnavimo formos ir taisyklės. Technologinėje dalyje sudarytas šventės valgiaraštis 30 svečių, 10 patiekalų technologijos kortelės, 2 savikainos kortelės, 2 maistinės ir energinės vertės kortelės, žaliavų suvestinė, technologinė schema. Atliktas technologinis tyrimas su įvairių rūšių miltais. Ekonominėje dalyje apskaičiuota renginio, žaliavų išlaidos, gautas renginio pelnas, viso renginio išlaidos.	en_US
