dc.description	The paper describes the research performed by tasting the dishes that pair best with different types of beer. With regard to the research results obtained, other ten dishes that pair with four types of beer, the technological cards, as well as two cards of the costs and two cards of energy and nutritional value were created. The paper provides a technological scheme with the critical control points, describes a technological analysis of the processes and conditions for storage of raw materials and products. The equipment was selected taking into account the quantity of raw materials and products and the production technology. The costs of tasting was calculated.	en_US
dc.description.abstract	Darbe aprašomas degustacijos pagalba atliktas tyrimas, kokie patiekalai dera prie skirtingų alaus rūšių. Atsižvelgiant į gautus tyrimo rezultatus sukurta dar dešimt patiekalų derančių prie keturių alaus rūšių ir sukurtos technologijos kortelės, bei dvi savikainos ir dvi energinės ir maistinės vertės kortelės. Pateikta technologinė schema su SVT, aprašyta technologinė procesų analizė ir žaliavų bei produktų laikymo sąlygos. Atsižvelgiant į žaliavų ir produktų kiekį bei gamybos technologiją parinkti įrenginiai. Atliktas degustacijos kainos apskaičiavimas.	en_US
