dc.description	The incidence of breast cancer is steadily increasing, and the flow of patients in medical institutions is increasing. Mammograms have a good impact on early diagnosis of cancer. In mammographic procedures, the radiation exposure of patients is low compared with other X-ray procedures, but glandular tissue in the breast is one of the most sensitive radiographs of the human body. As there are still analogue mammographic apparatuses in Lithuania that do not record radiation data and results in the mammography, the radiology technologist has to register the parameters for exposure assessment for himself during the study. Aim of the study: to reveal the difficulties experienced by the radiology technologist, by registering data for the evaluation of the patient's exposure. Objectives of the study: 1. To carry out a literature analysis on the average dose of glandular tissue. 2. To evaluate the changes in the duration of the study by recording and not registering the patient and the exposure data and revealing other difficulties with which the radiology technologist encounters the registration of exposure data. 3. Relatively recommended exposure doses with exposure doses obtained during the study. Setting and research methodology. During the study, the work of the mammography office was monitored and compared, when the radiologist does not register the technologist and records the data necessary for the assessment of the patient's exposure. The resulting results were processed by the Microsoft Excel program and presented at work. The obtained results indicate that the duration of the study is prolonged by recording the patient's exposure data, the radiology technologist does not always record the details in detail. There are cases of psychological stress. The patient's exposure doses in the study did not exceed the recommended dose level of glandular tissue.	en
