| dc.description | The final work consists of three parts: theoretical, analytical and project. In particular, theoretical quality assessment models are discussed in the theoretical part and the scientific insight into the concept of the catering service itself, understanding of its quality, assurance and assessment, and consumer behavior. In the second - analytical part - the characteristics of AB “Eglės sanatorija” correspondents in Birštonas are presented, the research service, research methods, research results and their analysis were also presented. The part of project offers suggestions on how to improve the analyzed service in order to increase consumer satisfaction in the analyzed service. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Baigiamąjį darbą sudaro trys dalys: teorinė, analitinė ir projektinė. Visų pirma, teorinėje dalyje aptariami teoriniai kokybės vertinimo modeliai ir mokslinės įžvalgos apie pačią maitinimo paslaugos sąvoką, jos kokybės suvokimą, užtikrinimą ir vertinimą bei vartotojo elgsenos aspektai. Antroje, analitinėje darbo dalyje, yra pateikiama AB „Eglės sanatorijos“ korespondentų Birštone charakteristikos, pristatyta tiriama paslauga, tyrimo metodai, tyrimo rezultatai ir jų analizė. Projektinėje dalyje pateikiami siūlymai kaip tobulinti analizuojamą paslaugą, siekiant padidinti vartotojų pasitenkinimą analizuojamoje paslaugoje. | en_US |
